Terms of Use
Updated 2026-08-14These terms govern your use of Scheduled-PR, operated by Ruan Mentz of Arcadia Studios (KvK 99988550), Netherlands. Installing the app or using the service means you accept them.
What the service does
Scheduled-PR merges a pull request at a time you choose, provided the pull request is still open, free of conflicts, and satisfies whatever your repository requires at that moment. If any of those conditions fail, it does not merge, and it says so on the pull request.
You remain responsible for what gets merged. The service performs the merge you asked for; it does not review the change, and scheduling a merge is not a substitute for your own review and branch protection rules.
Your account
You need write access to a repository to schedule a merge in it, and we check that with your provider on every command. You are responsible for who has that access. Removing someone’s access with your provider removes their ability to schedule here.
Plans and payment
The Free plan allows 5 scheduled pull requests per calendar month. Developer, at $4.99 a month or $49.90 a year, covers a personal account. Enterprise, at $39.99 a month or $399.90 a year, covers an organization. Both paid plans are unlimited.
One unit is one unique pull request scheduled within a calendar month. Rescheduling the same pull request does not consume another unit. Cancelling a schedule does not return the unit.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal and the plan continues until the end of the period you have paid for. Payments are handled by Stripe. Prices exclude VAT where it applies.
Refunds and consumer rights
If you are a consumer in the EU you have a fourteen day right of withdrawal, which you waive to the extent the service is performed during that period. Otherwise, contact [email protected] and we will consider a refund on its merits.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to circumvent your organization’s own controls, to merge changes you are not authorised to merge, or in a way that disrupts the service for others. We may suspend an account that does.
Availability
The service is provided as it is, without a guaranteed level of availability. A scheduled merge may be delayed or may not happen — because a provider is unavailable, because the pull request stopped satisfying its conditions, or because of a fault on our side. Do not use it where a missed or late merge would cause harm you are unwilling to bear.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded.
Ending it
You may stop at any time by uninstalling the app, which cancels any schedules that have not run. We may end your access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, and will refund the unused part of a paid period if we do so without cause.
Changes and governing law
We may change these terms; material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page. Dutch law applies, and disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands.
